Essential- MHA/MBA in relevant field with overall 17-20 of working experience in a large corporate hospital with at least 10 years of experience in hospital administration.
JD:
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations of various areas – Emergency, reception, insurance, scheme, floor, OPD, CSSD, OT, Cathlab, Dailysis, maintenance, fire services, IT, )
- NABH and Quality – implementation and maintenance with the help of existent Quality Consultancy.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Report to ED (BD & HRD) and CMD. Write and submit reports to the CMD in all matters of importance.
- Implement policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officeror relevant role in a large Corporate Hospital.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Operations of various areas – Emergency, reception, insurance, scheme, floor, OPD, CSSD, OT, Cathlab, Radiology, Dialysis, maintenance, fire services, IT, Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Quality certification and independent handling of Quality (NABH) implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- MHA/MBA in relevant field.
