Essential- MBA-HR/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM with overall 12-15 of working experience in a large corporate hospital.
Key Qualifications and Experience required
- MBA –HR or equivalent degree from a recognized University/Institution;
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in HR and Administration;
- Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment;
- Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage;
- Analytical, excellent data mining ability;
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality;
- Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
JD of HR Head:
Sound knowledge of all the sections of HR e.g. Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Payroll administration, Performance Management, Grievance Redressal.
NABH and Quality – implementation and maintenance with the help of existent Quality Consultancy.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Report to ED (BD & HRD) and CMD. Write and submit reports to the CMD in all matters of importance.
Implement policies that promote company culture and vision.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Candidates with hospital background will be preferred.
