Dr. Abhishek Chowdhury is a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist in Asansol, West Bengal, currently associated with Healthworld Hospitals. With advanced training in Neurology and internationally recognized certifications, he provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide spectrum of neurological disorders through evidence-based and patient-centric care.
He completed his DM in Neuromedicine from IPGME&R and SSKM Medical College, Kolkata, following an MD in General Medicine. Dr. Chowdhury has been trained at premier neuroscience institutions and has extensive experience in managing complex neurological conditions including epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke and neurodegenerative diseases.
Prior to joining Healthworld Hospitals, Dr. Chowdhury served as Associate Consultant at a leading multispeciality hospital in Kolkata and worked as Senior Resident in Neuromedicine at Bangur Institute of Neurosciences. His strong academic foundation, ongoing research involvement and participation in national and international neurology conferences reflect his commitment to clinical excellence.
