Dr. Aritra Bhattacharjee is a senior Emergency Medicine specialist with over 13 years of experience in managing high-acuity emergencies across leading tertiary-care hospitals in India. He currently serves as the Consultant and Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Healthworld Hospitals, Asansol, where he leads a 31-bedded emergency unit with a strong focus on rapid response, patient safety, and clinical excellence.

He has played a pivotal role in establishing SOPs, triage systems, trauma protocols, hospital codes, and NABH-aligned quality processes, significantly improving ER efficiency and conversion rates. Dr. Bhattacharjee is also deeply involved in training medical, nursing, and paramedical teams in life-saving protocols including BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and disaster management.
