Qualification: M.Com / Cost Accountancy / CA / MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organisation.

Job Description:

1. Manage and oversee all finance and accounts operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, MIS reports and cash flow forecasts for management.
3. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
4. Coordinate internal and statutory audits while maintaining proper financial records and documentation.
5. Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, financial performance and process improvement measures.
