Post: Manager / Assistant Manager – HR (Payroll & Compliances)

Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HR

Experience:

  • 5 years or above in Payroll & Compliance roles
  • Experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations
  • Hospital experience will be preferred

Job Description:

  1. Manage and supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
  2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other labour laws
  3. Handle payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting
  4. Monitor and implement updates in labour laws and tax regulations
  5. Coordinate with HR, Finance and external auditors for payroll and compliance matters
  6. Oversee employee benefits administration and full & final settlements
  7. Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation and deductions
  8. Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit purposes
  9. Lead and mentor the payroll team
