Post: Manager / Assistant Manager – HR (Payroll & Compliances)
Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HR
Experience:
- 5 years or above in Payroll & Compliance roles
- Experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations
- Hospital experience will be preferred
Job Description:
- Manage and supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other labour laws
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting
- Monitor and implement updates in labour laws and tax regulations
- Coordinate with HR, Finance and external auditors for payroll and compliance matters
- Oversee employee benefits administration and full & final settlements
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit purposes
- Lead and mentor the payroll team
