Post: Senior Staff Nurse / Shift In-charge (NICU / PICU)

Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution with a valid Nursing Council registration.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in NICU and/or PICU. Candidates with leadership or shift in-charge experience will be preferred.

Job Description:

1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates and paediatric patients in NICU/PICU.
2. Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition while maintaining accurate nursing documentation.
3. Operate and monitor NICU/PICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps and patient monitors.
4. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, NABH standards and patient safety guidelines.
5. Educate and counsel parents or attendants regarding patient care and treatment plans.
